  • How do I know what Session to book?

    I have a description of the different Service Sessions I offer on the Session menu page. If you are unsure which Session to book; the brief questioniare I require all new guests to fill out will help me guide you to the correct Service Session.

  • Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?

    For Haircut appointments please come with your hair clean & how you would typically style it.

    For Hair Color appointments please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair - preferably with no products in it; to ensure optimal results.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    I accept cash, credit card, & digital payments.

  • What if I'm Unhappy with my service?

    My goal is for every guest to leave happy. However if you find that you aren’t 100% satisfied please contact me within 10 days of your original appointment so we can find a solution.

  • Is there parking &/or public transportation close to the Salon?

    Located in the heart of River North there are multiple CTA stops within a few blocks of the Salon.

    There is also paid street parking available as well as several parking garages nearby that can be reserved through SpotHero or ParkWhiz.

  • How do I enter the building?

    The front entrance to the Salon is kept locked. You will receive instructions on how to enter the building once you have booked an appointment. If you did not receive instructions please contact me through the link below.
